Registration

• Registration is valid only after successful payment and confirmation from the organising team.
• Delegate passes are non-transferable unless approved by the organising committee.
• All delegates must carry valid registration confirmation and identification for event check-in.
• The organisers reserve the right to verify delegate information before confirming entry.

Event Changes

The event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements, and programme flow may be updated or modified based on operational requirements.

Conduct and Entry

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for misconduct, misuse of registration, violation of event rules, or behaviour that affects the safety, dignity, or experience of others.

Sponsors, Partners & Exhibitors

• Sponsors, partners, and exhibitors must follow the branding, promotion, display, and communication guidelines issued by the organising committee.
• All promotional benefits are subject to category-wise sponsorship confirmation, payment completion, and approved brand material submission within the required timeline.

Brand and Intellectual Property

The use of the XeCon 2026 name, logo, brand identity, event visuals, or official communication materials without approval is not permitted.

Liability

The organisers are not responsible for personal belongings, travel delays, accommodation issues, or external service disruptions.

Photography and Recording

By attending the event, delegates give permission to be photographed or recorded as part of official event coverage.

Disputes

All disputes, clarifications, or event-related decisions will be handled by the organising committee, whose decision shall be final.
